The U7IN-32TB instance family, generally available since May 28, 2024, is a High Memory instance for running large in-memory databases like SAP HANA. It is powered by custom 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Sapphire Rapids) and features 32 TiB of high-performance DDR5 memory. These instances deliver up to 200 Gbps of network bandwidth with ENA Express support. Storage is EBS-only, with no local NVMe instance storage, but provides up to 100 Gbps of EBS bandwidth.
