u7in-16tb Instance Family
Description #
The U7IN-16TB instance family, generally available since May 28, 2024, is a 7th generation High Memory instance powered by custom 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Sapphire Rapids). It features 16 TiB of DDR5 memory, making it ideal for large in-memory databases like SAP HANA. These EBS-only instances deliver up to 200 Gbps of network bandwidth with ENA Express. They also provide up to 100 Gbps of dedicated EBS bandwidth, supporting io2 Block Express volumes.
