The U7i-12TB instance family, generally available since May 28, 2024, is powered by Intel processors and provides up to 896 vCPUs alongside 12,288 GiB of memory. As EBS-only systems with no local instance storage, they deliver up to 100 Gbps of dedicated EBS bandwidth and up to 100 Gbps of network bandwidth. Supporting ENA Express, these high-memory instances are tailored for large, mission-critical in-memory workloads such as SAP HANA, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
