g7 Instance Family
Description #
The G7 instance family, generally available since June 18, 2026, features custom sixth-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Granite Rapids) and is accelerated by up to eight NVIDIA RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs. These accelerated computing instances offer up to 7.6 TB of local NVMe SSD storage and up to 700 Gbps of Elastic Fabric Adapter (EFA) networking bandwidth. Well-suited for AI inference, graphics, and data analytics, they also feature advanced ninth-generation NVENC and sixth-generation NVDEC engines for high-resolution video workflows.
