u-6tb1 Instance Family
Description #
The U-6TB1 High Memory instances, available for On-Demand use since May 12, 2021, are powered by 8-socket Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Skylake or Cascade Lake). These memory-optimized instances, offering 6 TiB of RAM, provide up to 100 Gbps of network bandwidth and 38 Gbps of dedicated EBS bandwidth, but feature EBS-Only storage. They are certified by SAP and purpose-built for running large in-memory databases like SAP HANA.
