mac2-m2 Instance Family

The MAC2-M2 family, generally available since October 25, 2023, is built on 2023 Mac mini hardware featuring the Apple silicon M2 processor with 8 CPU cores, 10 GPU cores, and 24 GiB of memory. These bare-metal instances integrate with the AWS Nitro System, offering up to 10 Gbps of network bandwidth. They boot from Amazon EBS volumes for storage and are available only on Dedicated Hosts with a 24-hour minimum allocation period. This family is primarily designed for developing, building, testing, and signing applications for Apple platforms.
