m8ine Instance Family

The M8INE instance family, generally available since April 28, 2026, is powered by custom Intel Xeon 6975P-C processors (Granite Rapids) and the latest sixth-generation AWS Nitro cards. These network-optimized instances deliver up to 2.5 times higher packet performance and twice the network throughput of previous generations, making them ideal for virtual firewalls, load balancers, and 5G UPF workloads. They utilize EBS-only storage across a range of sizes from large to 12xlarge, providing high-speed connectivity and enhanced compute density for networking-intensive applications.
