mac-m3ultra Instance Family

The MAC-M3ULTRA instance family, generally available since May 14, 2026, features Apple M3 Ultra chips with a 28-core CPU, 60-core GPU, and 256GB of unified memory. These bare metal instances provide 10 Gbps of networking bandwidth and 8 Gbps of EBS bandwidth via the AWS Nitro System. They are optimized for the most demanding Apple developer workloads, including visionOS development and large-scale parallel Xcode simulation tasks.
