p5en Instance Family

The EC2 P5en instance family, generally available since December 2, 2024, features NVIDIA H200 Tensor Core GPUs and custom 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors with an all-core turbo frequency of 3.2 GHz. These instances offer up to 3200 Gbps of networking bandwidth using the third generation of Elastic Fabric Adapter (EFAv3). They also provide up to 30 TB of local NVMe SSD storage and are ideal for generative AI and high-performance computing workloads.
