g6f Instance Family

The Amazon EC2 G6f instance family, generally available since July 29, 2025, features NVIDIA L4 Tensor Core GPUs, providing fractional GPU sizes. These instances are paired with third-generation AMD EPYC processors. G6f instances offer up to 100 Gbps of networking throughput and up to 7.52 TB of local NVMe SSD storage. They are designed for graphics workloads, ML research, and remote workstations.
