The U7IN-24TB family, generally available since May 2024, is a High Memory offering powered by custom 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors (Sapphire Rapids). These instances feature 24 TiB of DDR5 memory, up to 200 Gbps of network bandwidth, and up to 100 Gbps of dedicated EBS bandwidth. Designed for mission-critical in-memory databases like SAP HANA, they utilize the AWS Nitro System and offer no local instance storage.
