The P6-B300 instance family, generally available since November 18, 2025, features 5th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors (Emerald Rapids) and eight NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra B300 GPUs. These instances provide 6.4 Tbps of EFA networking bandwidth and 300 Gbps of dedicated ENA throughput, supported by the AWS Nitro System and PCIe Gen6. They include 30TB of local NVMe SSD storage, making them optimized for training and deploying trillion-parameter foundation models.
