Built on the AWS Nitro System v6, these memory-optimized instances provide up to 100 Gbps of networking and enhanced EBS bandwidth for high-performance block storage. They lack local instance storage and are specifically designed for mission-critical, memory-intensive workloads like large-scale databases and real-time analytics requiring superior I/O throughput.
